WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS

  • Responsible for managing restaurant operations.
  • Responsible for restaurant profitability, staff development, food quality, safety and sanitation procedures, customer service, image management, and understanding of Pizza Luce's culture.
  • Supervise, coach, develop, and empower 30+ staff to provide best-in-class delivery, curbside, and dine-in service to guests.
  • Understand, implement, and speak with confidence and knowledge about company policies to employees and guests.
  • Ability to work late nights and weekends.
  • Report to the General Manager.

WHAT YOU OFFER US

  • 1 to 3+ years of Restaurant Management experience supervising 30+ staff in a high-volume curbside pickup, delivery, and dine-in operation.
  • Adept at delivering excellence in a fast-paced/demanding business.
  • Proven staff management skills including developing strong hourly and supervisory staff to be successful in multiple roles and for advancement within the company.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a passion for creating and maintaining a safe and positive work experience for our staff, exceptional guest service, and excellent food.
  • Experience in full-service dining is strongly preferred.

Over the years, our award-winning gourmet pizza, dedicated delivery service & dining experience have earned exceptional customer loyalty. In 1999 we brought our unique style to a new Lyn-Lake location in south Minneapolis, in 2001 to Duluth, in 2003 to Seward, in 2006 to Saint Paul, in 2010 to Hopkins, followed by our newest locations in Richfield, Roseville and our latest addition - Pizza Luce Eden Prairie.
