The Kitchen Manager at Pizza Lucé Metro Area works as a member of the management team to provide excellent and consistent food and service in a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The Kitchen Manager is a highly visible role and is responsible for maintaining and implementing systems and processes for successful kitchen operations, hiring, training, and developing the Assistant Kitchen Supervisors and the entire BOH team. Ongoing responsibilities will be to ensure that product quality, cost, food handling, and safety standards are maintained.

WHAT YOU OFFER US:
- 3-5 years’ current experience in Kitchen Manager and/or Executive Chef role in a high-volume full service and delivery restaurant ($5+ million revenue) OR be a current Pizza Lucé Restaurant Manager with significant kitchen background.
- Must have demonstrated leadership qualities and be team-focused.
- Must have strong organizational skills and have the ability to lead and develop BOH supervisors and team members with encouragement to support executing food with accuracy, speed, and urgency.
- Must have strong communication skills with the ability to teach, develop and motivate others by adapting to the communication and learning styles appropriate for the situation and individual and teams. Bilingual in Spanish and English language proficiency is preferred.
- Must have demonstrated knowledge and commitment to food quality and sanitation including ServSafe certification.
- Must have demonstrated knowledge and ability to meet budgeted food cost standards and labor expenses.
- Past performance results should demonstrate an understanding that as a member of the management team food quality, safety, and consistency is this role’s contribution and focus to excellent dine-in, slice line, late-night service, and delivery.
- Must be guest-focused.
